Kodachicon does it again! A real idol concert with a real idol artist from Japan… This year it will be GARUDA, the sleek and majestic god-like bird figure from Indian mythology. This will be dark, full och emotions and intense industrial metal!!
“I’m very happy to hear that GARUDA was be announced as the special music guest at Kodachicon,” Sakimura Yuffie, the artist behind GARUDA, responded to the news herself. SJPA is very happy to welcome back GARUDA for a second visit and launched the news during Sakimura Yuffie’s signed cheki session at NärCon Vinter last month. The main concert will be on Friday, but SJPA and GARUDA will make multiple appearances during the convention in Lund in southern Sweden. “Lund is a vibrant student city, easily accessible from Malmö or Copenhagen by local urban rail,” SJPA’s event planner Pepijn Klaassen adds, aiming his message to potential visitors from abroad.
Beside Kodachicon, GARUDA will perform at a different location in Sweden that same week. We will update this page and our social media once we’re able to announce this second show.
