At Swedish-Japanese Performers Association, we’d like to create opportunities for Japanese artists to stay in touch with their audience abroad. And vice versa. MAD JAMIE’s Kanjosen Akubi has been really busy since her appearance at J-POP UP in Västervik last August with digital single releases, a ONE MAN SHOW, the release of a third studio album and a birthday live! SJPA’s activities at NärCon Winter are the perfect opportunity to organise a streamed event with the Queen of Kawaii Punk herself. It will take place on Saturday February 21st at 13:00 CET. The exact content will be announced later, but you can bet a signed chekis session will be part of it…

SJPA also arranges a group order, making MAD JAMIE’s third full length album “HYPER NATURAL” available through our webstore. As an extra bonus for the fans abroad, ordering the CD album at SJPA will also get you the unique CDR with three re-recorded songs with Akubi-san accompanying herself on guitar! The bonus CDR was otherwise only available on location for people pre-ordering the album during live shows.
