During 2022 the world began to open up again and it was much easier for Japanese artists to travel to Europe and Sweden. In May SJPA arranged a concert with singer song rider Ayasen in Stockholm and later the same month we could present FiDZ and K@hoRu@/Human Spiral at Kodachicon in Lund. In July we were happy to see NECRONOMIDOL and Isiliel on stage at Närcon Summer.
At Närcon Summer we also hosted Idolrummet (The Idol Room) were visitors could explore Japanese idol culture in all its different forms.
During 2022 SJPA has started a collaboration with Johnny’s & Associates that has resulted in exclusive material (interviews etc.) that has been made available on our web site.
Last but not least we have published videos with NEMLESS, SARI, GARUDA, FiDZ and K@hoRu@/Human Spiral on our Youtube-channel.
It has been a lot of fun and we look forward to next year!
